Tarte has a thing for sheer products, particularly on darker skin tones like mine. Of the pieces here, I believe the buttery soft liners pack the most pigment.

Speaking of the liners, they’re a bit like Tabs in that they’re afraid of water…as in lines. They do just fine on my lash line however can’t stand my water line at all.

If your rate of interest is piqued, pounce now! The set is only offered for a few more hours.

PRICE: $49.98
AVAILABILITY: just a few more hours! The sale ends tonight, November 28, on qvc.com.
MAKEUP as well as beauty blog RATING: B+ (a excellent value on a great choice of sheer, cruelty-free products)

My mid-week book report

Last night I lastly completed the book I’ve been reading, before ever After, by Samantha Sotto.

It sat on my Kindle for a few weeks before I got around to it, as well as then when I started reading it a few weeks back, it seemed a bit slow. Every night I’d pick it up as well as autumn asleep within a few pages, LOL!

Not that it’s tiring at all… just a bit slow.

10-second summary: after a series of supernatural events, a widow suspects that her dead other half may, in fact, be alive, as well as she embarks upon a trip to discover the truth.

It’s one of those stories that jumps around in time as well as starts out a bit confusing, however it gets clearer (and better, I think) over time.

I liked it…but I most likely won’t be reading it a second time.
